How does it work?

Here we use a case from Furein Machinery to illustrate how the sand drying plant works:

Feeding system: usually consists of wet sand silo and wet sand conveyor; the main function is to store raw materials (wet sand), wet sand belt conveyor can be moved and lifted.

Sistema de secado: mainly consists of secadora (triple pass rotary drum dryer), quemador, combustion chamber and dry sand belt conveyor; a three-pass dryer is famous for its three-tube structure, good heat preservation, reduced heat loss and small footprint.

Screening system: the output of the dryer determines the size of the vibrating screen, which can effectively screen the size of the sand and improve the finished product rate.

Dedusting system: induced air blower system (dust suction pipe), can effectively inhale the surrounding dust; whirlpool dust removal system, energy saving and environmental protection.

Electric control system: it is the circuit control of the whole sand drying line, supporting a centralized circuit control cabinet.
