Disadvantages of powder ribbon mixer:

Spiral ribbon mixers are generally not equipped with automatic weighing devices and rely entirely on manual operation, manual feeding, and measurement. The entire production line requires 3-4 workers. The labor cost is relatively high. With the increase in output, the space for the later transformation of the ribbon mixer is small. It may not be sufficient for high-volume dry mix mortar production.
