High-level Bag Palletizer
The high-level bag palletizer comes complete with a rugged platform to operate the PLC control cabinet, an elevated platform and an advanced palletizer head, a pallet dispenser, a pallet outbound roller conveyor, a reversal bag conveyor, an incline conveyor, a vibration and flatten conveyor.
The bags are oriented by a cross or clamp, then layers are built row-by-row based on your chosen bag pattern. The modular design can be upgraded to change outputs and pallet patterns.
High-level bag palletizer is a high-efficiency palletizing equipment with a high degree of automation and good integration. The packaging bags can be automatically palletized. According to the PLC program, the bags are transported, grouped, pushed, and stacked on the pallet, and finally, the full pallet is sent out of the system.

Features of high-level bag palletizer
Configuration of conveyor storage bag quantity monitoring device, and according to the monitoring data to automatically adjust the production speed; touch screen control operating panel, using PLC control, through the operation is simple, to achieve the packaging site production process monitoring.
Simple structure and easy maintenance, the door of the control cabinet is installed with sealing rubber strips and equipped with high-quality ventilation and filtration devices. The bag palletizer is equipped with multi-layer alarm indicators, which can indicate different faults (faults that have to be reset, faults that have to be reset automatically, running instructions, etc.). The palletizer program is reasonably designed with a fault indication function. When the bag pallet is crooked, or upside down, the scattered phenomenon can automatically stop and alarm;
Safety protection net, operation platform, maintenance platform and support columns are sprayed with plastic; every weld and corner will be carefully polished.
The conveyor part of the guard plate (thickness of not less than 2mm), legs, guardrail keeper (support rod diameter 16mm) and other paint are sprayed with plastic.
The appearance of the bag palletizer is neat, with surface baking paint, bright color, color white (depending on the different requirements of the customer) as the base color, and reasonable matching. The moving part and safety protection device adopt warning color and warning sign.
It can be realized by rotating the bags by plus or minus 90 degrees or 180 degrees so that the sewing mouths of all the packages are facing inward, which makes the palletizing beautiful and firm.
