The Ugandan customer's simple thermoplastic road marking equipment is all set to head to the port.

This customer used to sell reflective road marking paint, getting the finished hot-melt road marking paint from other suppliers. Now he wants to start making it himself, so he came to Furein for a set of road marking paint production line. Since he's just starting out, there's no need for a big setup. The Furein team worked out the most budget-friendly plan for thermoplastic road marking equipment: a feeding screw conveyor, a U-shaped hot-melt paint mixer, and a direct connection to a open mouth bag filling machine. It needs manual feeding, but it can still put out 1.5 tons an hour. And there's space to expand later. If his sales pick up, we can help boost the output to 5 tons per hour or more using the existing road marking paint machine. We went through all that with him, and he was really happy with the plan.
Once the thermoplastic road marking equipment was done, we gave it a test run first. The mixing was even, the packaging measurements were spot on, then we started packing it up. The motor and reducer for the U-shaped hot-melt paint mixer were already installed, so when it gets to the customer, all he has to do is plug it in and it's good to go. The display screen on the open-mouth packaging machine is easy to damage, so we put it in a wooden box.
We thought about using a 20-foot container at first, but this small hot-melt paint production equipment doesn't take up much room. Half the container would be empty, which is a waste. We talked to a few freight forwarders, and LCL (Less than Container Load) is cheaper. So Furein suggested the customer go with LCL. We'll send the thermoplastic road marking equipment to the port warehouse first, and they'll put it with other goods to fill a container before shipping.
Before packing, the Furein staff went through all the parts. The motor's wiring diagram, the mixer's maintenance manual, and the list of parts were all put in a document bag, sealed up, and stuck to the side of the packaging machine.
The ship should take about a month to get there. When the thermoplastic road marking equipment arrives in Uganda, if there are any issues with installation, just get in touch with the Furein team. Even if it's a call in the middle of the night, as long as it's a good time for him, someone at the Furein team will answer.
It's a simple thermoplastic road marking equipment, but we didn't skimp on the details. After all, it's his first time making this thermoplastic reflective paint himself. We want to make sure it works smoothly for him, so we can keep working together down the line.
