The automatic dry mortar plant is an intelligent machine that integrates automatic batching, intelligent mixing, auto packing, transportation, palletizing, and loading.

The whole dry mix mortar production line covers an area of 200 square meters, the height of the equipment is about 9m, the power is about 100KW, and there are 2-3 employees. Adjustable output of 10-30 tons per hour.

The whole equipment is composed of an efficient mixing production line, automatic packaging production line, intelligent conveying line and automatic palletizing line.

The high degree of automation: through the total control system, all raw materials (including additives) can be automatically measured, transported, mixed, packed, transported, palletizing, the whole production process without manual participation, greatly reducing labor costs.

Environmental protection and dust-free: the whole equipment is divided into two ways: integral dust removal and fixed point dust removal. Fixed point dust removal recovery is adopted in the area where dust concentration is concentrated, and overall dust removal recovery is adopted in other areas to completely build dust-free workshops.

The following are the dry mix mortar formulations.

Note: These dry mix mortar formulas are for reference only, the actual dry mortar ratio needs to consider more factors.

Ordinary inner wall putty mortar formula:

Rubber powder 2 ~ 2.2%, calcium carbonate (or talc) 98%.

Ordinary high hard inner wall putty dry mortar formula:

Rubber powder 1.8 ~ 2.2%, calcium carbonate (or talc powder)90 ~ 60%, plaster of Paris (building gypsum, half water gypsum)10 ~ 40%.

High hardness and water-resistant inner wall putty powder dry mortar mix ratio:

Formula 1: rubber powder 1 ~ 1.2%, calcium carbonate 70%, lime calcium powder 30%.

Formula 2: rubber powder 0.8 ~ 1.2%, calcium carbonate 60%, gray calcium powder 20%, white cement 20%.

High hardness, washable, and mildew proof inner wall putty powder formula:

Formula 1: rubber powder 0.4 ~ 0.45%, calcium carbonate 70%, ash calcium powder 30%.

Formula 2: rubber powder 0.4 ~ 0.45%, calcium carbonate 60%, gray calcium powder 20%, white cement 20%.

Dry mix mortar formulations of high hardness, water-resistant, and crack-resistant exterior wall putty:

Dry mix mortar formulation 1: rubber powder 1.5 ~ 1.9%, white cement (black cement)40%, calcium carbonate 30%, gray calcium powder 30%, crack prevention additive 1 ~ 1.5%.
Dry mix mortar formulation 2: rubber powder 1.7-1.9%, white cement (black cement)40%, calcium carbonate 40%, gray calcium powder 20%, crack prevention additive 1-1.5%.

Dry mortar mix ratio 3: rubber powder 2 ~ 2.2%, white cement (black cement)40%, calcium carbonate 20%, gray calcium powder 20%, quartz powder (180# sand)20%, crack prevention additive 2 ~ 3%.

Dry mortar mix ratio 4: rubber powder 0.6-1%, white cement (425#)40%, gray calcium powder 25%, calcium carbonate 35%, anti-cracking additive 1.5%.

Dry mortar mix ratio 5: rubber powder 2.5 ~ 2.8%, white cement (black cement)35%, calcium carbonate 30%, gray calcium powder 35%, crack prevention additive 1 ~ 1.5%.

Elastic washable exterior wall anti-crack putty powder reference formula:

Rubber powder 0.8 ~ 1.8%, white cement (black cement)30%, calcium carbonate 40%, gray calcium powder 30%, crack prevention additive 1 ~ 2%.

Wall anti-crack dry mix mortar formulation:

Formula 1: rubber powder 1 ~ 1.3%, white cement (425#)40%, gray calcium powder 20%, calcium carbonate 20%, anti-cracking additive 1.5%, quartz sand 120 mesh (or dried river sand)20%.

Formula 2: rubber powder 2.5 ~ 3%, white cement (black cement)40%, calcium carbonate 20%, gray calcium powder 20%, quartz powder (180# sand)20%, crack prevention additive 2 ~ 3%.

Formula 3: rubber powder 2.2 ~ 2.8%, white cement (black cement)40%, calcium carbonate 40%, gray calcium powder 20%, crack prevention additive 1 ~ 1.5%.

Elastic Mosaic tile exterior wall washable anti-crack dry mortar mix ratio:

Rubber powder 1.2 ~ 2.2%, white cement (black cement)30%, calcium carbonate 30%, gray calcium powder 20%, quartz powder (sand)20%, crack prevention additive 2 ~ 3%.

Flexible inner wall putty formula:

Wall putty formula 1: rubber powder 1.3 ~ 1.5%, calcium carbonate 80%, ash calcium powder 20%.

Wall putty formula 2: rubber powder 1.3 ~ 1.5%, calcium carbonate 70%, ash calcium powder 20%, white cement 10%.

Flexible exterior wall putty formulation:

Rubber powder 1.5 ~ 1.8%, calcium carbonate 55%, gray calcium powder 10%, white cement 35%, anti-cracking additive 0.5%.

Color exterior wall putty formulation:

Color putty rubber powder 1-1.5%, white cement 10%, refined gray calcium powder (calcium oxide ≥70%)15%, crack prevention additive 2%, bentonite 5%, quartz sand (whiteness ≥85% silicon ≥99%)15%, yellow jade powder 52%, color putty modifier 0.2%.

Dry mix mortar interface formulations:

Rubber powder 1.3%, ordinary Portland cement 48.7%, building sand (150~30 mesh)50%.

Ceramic tile adhesive formula:

Tile adhesive formula 1: rubber powder 1.5 ~ 2%, ordinary Portland cement 30%, high alumina cement 10%, quartz sand 30%, calcium carbonate 28%.

Tile adhesive formulation 2: rubber powder 3 ~ 5%, ordinary Portland cement 25%, high alumina cement 10%, quartz sand 30%, calcium carbonate 26%, pigment 5%.

Waterproof wall putty formulation:

Waterproof coating rubber powder 0.7 ~ 1%, cement (black cement)35%, gray calcium powder 20%, quartz sand (fineness >200 mesh)35%, calcium carbonate 10%.

Gypsum adhesive powder formula:

1. gypsum adhesive powder 0.7 ~ 1.2%, plaster of Paris (half water gypsum, gypsum powder)100%.

2. gypsum adhesive powder 0.8 ~ 1.2%, plaster of Paris (half water gypsum, gypsum powder)80%, calcium carbonate (heavy calcium)20%.

Paint gypsum powder formula:

1. gesso stucco powder 0.8 ~ 1%, plaster of Paris (half water gesso, gesso powder)100%.

2. gesso stucco powder 0.8 ~ 1.2%, plaster of Paris (half water gesso, gesso powder)80%, calcium carbonate (heavy calcium)20%.
